NA server FILLED with Non-English speakers

Don't get me wrong, I love our over seas fellow game players. But I've just started playing teams, and while it's a blast, fully 90% of the players in the the NA region are clearly not FROM the NA region and we can't communicate. I appologize for not learning Cantonese and so on, and I very much respect the fact that most players can actually utter a couple of words in English. Pretty impressive.

But WHY are there so many players from out side the region? Is it because the default region is NA and for someone who does not read English not aware that they need to change the client off the default? If this is the case, I would suggest that the client set the default region to the LOCAL region. Don't get me wrong, I don't think that team mates who can't understand me are having any fun either. Its not all about me, but I think most players are going to enjoy their game if they can actually communicate with the majority of players BY DEFAULT.... if that makes any sense.

Haha they live here in NA but it's probably they're speaking in their native tongue that they're comfortable with. Home of the free eh.

Right. There is a match making feature. Most the time you can't communicate with random people. I'm suggesting ways the game can improve that experience.

I was a bit frustrated with this issue to. I was just playing on NA servers and I was mocked when asking if anyone spoke english. Nothing against ppl from other countries but have some respect for those of us from america who speak english and are trying to play on NA servers.

These are the countries, territories and dependencies that belong to North America. I'm not sure but I believe may be non english speakers living in many of those countries. NA is not only USA or USA and Canada.

LMAO, you know how many times Canada would have been bought and sold if it weren't for us... You get to sit up there and make your syrup all day, without a care in the world, becuase no one is going to mess with Canada, solely because of us...a 90 year old lady owns you... just stop.

It's probably for better connection. I should play on EU as I'm from England but I get a better connection on NA for whatever reason, most likely because they're cheaping out on servers.

However I do agree with you, for example Asian players use all servers but the Asian ones and still nobody knows why. Unless you're in a lobby (duo/group) it should default and lock you to your own regional server respectively.
