There's a spot on the Twitch website where you accept the reward. It took me awhile to find it too. It's in like a giant purple drop down that appears when you're in the Twitch Prime area.

i accepted it. twitch says i'm good. the items are just not in my game.

it ended on 7th. if you got package somehow, then you need to unpack it in the game to get items.

Just to clarify, you did CLAIM the items on twitch side right?

yes i did. multiple times but the items never appeared on the games side.

Where was it noted that 7/7 was the cut off date? It's still showing that you can claim these items at the game lobby.
