Playerunknowns Cheatergrounds
It took cheaters 30 minutes after the last patch to get the offsets they needed to update their cheats. Every morron can write a cheat for this game within 30 minutes and if done right can not be detected.

Maybe you start developing this further with anti-cheat in mind. And no, third-party anticheat wont protect against anything. You have to actually make it a priority to put code in place that prevents cheap and stupid access to god-mode manipulation. And before someone cries "its early access" bla bla. Games that intend to be competitive have anti-cheat measures implemented in the core-engine aswell as in base-level code. But it requires that people with decent skills in doing so are hired or even thought about. This needs to be done right at the start, otherwise poop comes out and the game is overrun by cheating idiots.
As I said. 30 minutes of self-education will make you capable of writing an undetectable cheat for this game. You will be able to update it within 30 minutes of every patch - you do not even have to do anything because others will do the work already.

The devs (and i mean all late developing studios) are that lazy regarding this subject. And it needs to start hurting their profits, maybe then they give a ♥♥♥♥ about fair play for all honest players who bought the game.

This game is lost anyways when it stays like it is and everything is handled client-side.

I have to agree, i already met several cheaters, most of them were fairly obvious headshotting everything while a few were trying to be sneaky about it, headshots does not always mean they cheat, most frameworks have access to a skeleton that lets you aim on any chosen bodypart.

KIllcam is the first real step in the right direction and it needs to be their main priority right now, also with the money you have been given i suggest you hire someone to handle player reports in order to get the cheaters banned as fast as possible, if the damage ia already done then a ban hardly counts in your favour.

After you add killcam i suggest that you move over to FairFight, many would disagree with me there but it's very efficient when it comes to obvious cheaters that don't look at their stats and they are the majority. If they just keep headshotting or having some impossible stats then FairFight will pick it up, Fairfight is by far as efficient as Battleye when it comes to bans, but it limits to what they can do in the game with their cheats, if they go on a rampage Fairfight will pick it up quickly.

As others said you need to get your head out of the moneypool and actually work on the integrity, the game might have 100k players soon but that won't last if we all aren't playing on the same terms.

I would agree with you. The problem is though that there is no infrastructure fairfight could use. It requires a thorough implementation, and anti-cheat didnt seem to be a priority at all.
The server doesnt even check for people moving 5km within 2 seconds. Every cheap minecraftserver can do that. But they didnt put it in the base-code which is extremely concerning.

Actually in the past 10 rounds playing duo ending up in the top 20 every single time we got always killed in very strange ways towards the end. one time a cheater got angry that we killed his mate, he kills us both with one shot from his ump9, 150m distance against helmet 2 / 3 and vest 2 / 2 through a solid wall. the guy wasnt even hiding and running around naked only with the ump....

These people just need to be caught by stupidly simple detection methods that notice when people are able to shoot through solid objects. Not hard to do - but needs to be done serverside.

Of course there is many weird things happening because the servers are bad and cant handle the load. But the cheating is just rampant at the moment. Also because after the game became very popular demand for cheats has risen massively so cheat-developers have stepped up their game. And circumventing BattleEye isnt exactly hard.

Can't say I've come across any cheaters per say - some awful bugs though - Yesterday a friend in my squad killed a squad of three solo - We couldn't see the guys he was shooting at, because on his client, a house hadn't loaded and he could shoot at them. That's rediculous, and I'm fairly certain that the guys in the house would be shouting cheater, when really, that was a game breaking bug (which was reported).

But, it's EA. These things are expected - I've got 40 hours in the game now, and I'm loving it.

In an online game a hacker gets off from cheating and ruining other people's fun. They're really sick people.

If you have proof of someone hacking please follow the steps HERE[forums.playbattlegrounds.com] to report them.
