I've done both of these and everything checks out. This is quite annoying. The game was running perfect just yesterday.

Fresh reinstall but probably it's just the fact that the game is poorly developed

It kind of just fixed itself, idk. So many weird bugs. Lol it was crashing the other for my friend that had a 1080ti so yeah...hopefully these things will be figured out asap

This happened to me when my system RAM filled up after trying to run High textures. Once I turned the textures down to Low the crashes stopped. You might try lowering your texture settings to see if it helps like it did for me. o/

I'm running 16gb ddr4 ram, gtx 970 founders edition, and i7 6700. Really I shouldn't be having any issues due to my hardware. It's a software issue.

Although myself I haven't experienced this issue too much since my original post but it does happen a few times a week.

I've been having this issue since yesterday out of the blue. Previously it was working fine. Verifying has done nothing. All drivers seem to be updated, I've tried increasing paging file size, turning off firewall/antivirus etc. All nada.

verifu integrity of game fixed it for me. it found that the game was missing two files and downloaded them for me.

It is just a guess but I think it depend on the memory usage. I have 16 gb ram and had not problem for several weeks. (like 15 games) In the end I experienced the same but I noticed that I had mutiple Streams buffered to watch them later. Also my Opera eats a lot of ram due to a lot of open tasks + all the side software. It crashed 2 times... Turned all the browsers and most of the side software off and it worked. Going back to use a lot of ram and the error came back.

I can just think of a calculation error of certain memory sectors that are used by other programs.

For example (I run 4x 4gb mem) If I use a lot of mem on all 4 bars (even if 6 gb in total are left) the game gets problems writing / reading on different sectors of different memory bars.

CAUTION: Just a guess but it worked for me ... Try by turning off all software that is basically not used to play. (turn of the auto start) and restart the PC. If it fixes the problem for a certain time, then there must be something wrong in the games memeory management. I think people with just 2 mem Bars doesn't experience that as often.
