I've done both of these and everything checks out. This is quite annoying. The game was running perfect just yesterday.

I can just think of a calculation error of certain memory sectors that are used by other programs.
For example (I run 4x 4gb mem) If I use a lot of mem on all 4 bars (even if 6 gb in total are left) the game gets problems writing / reading on different sectors of different memory bars.
CAUTION: Just a guess but it worked for me ... Try by turning off all software that is basically not used to play. (turn of the auto start) and restart the PC. If it fixes the problem for a certain time, then there must be something wrong in the games memeory management. I think people with just 2 mem Bars doesn't experience that as often.
