sometimes it is just better to let others fight and then take down the rest !

Think about it like this: can you get a kill without somebody dying? Everytime a player gets a kill, another one gets a death. This hard-caps the average K/D to 1.00. Then, when you consider deaths that weren't the result of another player's kill (suicides or shield deaths, which are extremely common), this lowers the average K/D further.
So I'd say that the average player's K/D is somewhere around 0.9, if not lower (there really are a high number of deaths to the shield moving).
If you're stupid or just go in for PvP from the start I'd say K/D is less than 1. If you play smart and try to win every time by choosing where to land I'd say around 2.0 or 3.0 K/D. Totally depends on how you play.
K/D 0.68 (91 kills)
WINS 0.8% (1 win)
I'm not very good, but I have fun and that's what the game is suppose to do... give you entertainment.
