Camping is a perfectly valid strat in this game. It is your responsibility to check buildings thoroughly if you don't want to be killed by anyone waiting inside. Or you could simply avoid going into buildings late game. It's not hard.

Yeah the rest is a bit more open, but like Hard2FindGoodID said, there are plenty of trees, even bushes to hide behind. If you play careful enough, instead of just sprinting every which way, you can approach towns slowly, moving from cover to cover (tree to tree). Someone who is camping in / on houses can easily use the 3rd person camera to look out windows without exposing themselves. They are almost guaranteed to catch someone running out in the open.

idk camping sucks but I never had any issues with them as 99% of them suck at shooting and you can just find a cover, headshot them and listen to their salty VOIP

I believe you wont run like ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rambo in open field shooting with shotgun and charging towards enemy.. seriously this is not h1z1.. go play that if you want to play like unrealistic game. understand this.. this is tactical.. you can be aggressive player and rush.. but im waiting for you ;) im listening your footsteps and I will suprise you :D

I have no problem with campers but what really annoys me in solo is the guys coming in from outside the blue circle after about 30 secs and kill you from the back.

That's what makes this game different. You are either laying prone near a kill top and sniping fools 700 meters out or storming a building. Every strategy is legit.

I know I've said this before, but the game is less about camping and more about OODA loops, which involves camping when applied to a game, but isn't comprised of it.

Here is a good stratagy I discovered when I got a call from work as soon as the game loaded me into the C-130. The game automatically deployed me out of the plane. The parachute automatically opened. My dude got lucky and landed in the third to last circle area and I was #13/98 after dying a painful slow death to the blue spaklies. Usually I run around trying to find a gun and get ganked by some poor sop that has been hiding in a closet staring at the door, afraid to look away.
