How do you zoom in when using red dot ?

I see that people can zoom in even further when using a red dot. How do you do that?

You can also zoom in with a holosight with left shift

Left shift holds breath and let's you focus a bit more but you can't hold it forever. Only use when needed or you take a while to regain the ability to do it

Left shift to zoom in using red do or holo. Just be warned, your breath drops fast.
