What do you really mean by "Solo" mode ?

Hey,

I'd like to know what really mean the "Solo" mode for this game.

In the tags, it's specified only multiplayer, not solo, but many people and posts talked about a solo mode.

So, is there a solo mode, where we can play against bots, which can be really nice when friends are offline, or don't already own the game, or even for practice, or is a misused of the "Solo" term that mean more of a deathmatch ?

I'd like to know before buy it.

So, it's not a solo mode, because solo mean offline without any other human players.

It's a misused.

It's a deathmatch, and the version with a team, is a team deathmatch.

For those who don't take time to ask, it can be really misleading.

Isn't solo a spanish word for single? one person? alone?

Solo in this game means 100 player deathmatch last man standing.

PUBG is not single player experience it's multi player with SOLO(100 players)-DUO(100 players)-SQUAD(100 players) MODES.

In all games, solo mode is an offline game without any other human players.

In a multiplayer session, when all users are against all others, without any team structure, we call that a deathmatch. When they are in a team, it's a team deathmatch.

So, the solo mode here is misleading.

So, like there isn't any real solo offline mode, and like the content is really misleading, I will not buy this game. Really enought of all these so called games that only share multiplayer content. We call that a half-game.

There is nothing misleading ! KF2 has a Solo mod where you just play alone in the same multiplayer area. So you want devs to waste time on an unnecessary single player mode ? This game doesn't need anything like that at the moment anyway, since this is primarly a multiplayer game. That would be like buying Battlefield for the Story.

Solo means alone.... You play alone against other players. It doesn't say offline anywhere. If it said single player that would be missleading

I don't understand why people think it must have single player or its half a game?

This kind of games are not made for this its pure multiplayer experience with 3 modes SOLO-DUO-SQUAD how much clearer must they be???

Totally misleading.

Solo means offline. That's all. "Solo" is another way to say "Single player", maybe you should all try to lear things before asking something that come totally against what is in place since many many years.

But ok, let's do simple, here is a little link and definition that can give you all a little part of education :

Maybe you should try to learn to read, I'm not level 0. I'm surely more familiar to Steam than you. But ok, let's go down to your level, you said this kind of topic is created by people "like me". But if we follow this stupid way of think, the kind of answer you drop here is always coming by people like you, patronizing and thinking they knows all about the world and even taking the liberty to judge people they don't even know.

So, by definition, solo is clearly offline game "without the presence or aid of another". So, the tag and the word "Solo" for this game is misleading.

Maybe you should all go back to school.

And seeing the level of the kind of player in this game, people that don't even know what "Solo" mean and the definition of this word, I'm really happy to don't have to play this game.
