Option to Disable Blood?

Sooo, this seems like a really fun game, but it looks a little on the gory side.

Just wondering before I make my choice to buy it or not, is there an option to disable blood/gore? Also seen a thread on here saying that blood creates lag spikes for some people...might be another incentive to create an option to disable blood if there isn't one already?

(I don't want to see any replies to this thread saying "why don't you just play mario" or "find a different game if the blood bothers you," you're not helping at all when you say things like that m8s)

Actually there is neither gore nor much blood. Only time I see blood is as a hit indicator and when boxing pre match. Even dead bodies don't stay.

Blood is quite useful when hitting someone, so you know you actually did hit someone. I don't believe there is but it's really not that gory tbh. Gl.

The blood is the only visual indicator for hitting someone, so until they change that I don't see there being any way to disable blood in the near future.

How do you even go far as to say that it is gory? You must have this game mistaken with Mortal Kombat or Gears of War.

TheVisionaryOne, i'm not going to sit here and troll you like some people are. I am hoping this is a serious question. If you are being serious then this is not the game for you. Although there really isn't that much blood or gore in the game, it is still a necessary component. The only time you will see blood is if you shoot an enemy or if you get shot. The blood doesn't stay though, neither does the bodies. When you shoot someone its like a small mist of blood that quickly vanishes. It is use to indicate if you have actually hit the target. When you get shot your screen will get a little bloody, showing you where the bullet came from. Blood is a necessary component in this game and removing it would make the game much more difficult and it also doesn't really make much sense. You can try suggesting it on the forums but don't get your hopes up because I don't think they will do it.

Also, if this helps at all ... you see a lot more blood when you're giving blood for a physical then in this game.

Wait!! What is the rating for this game? I am sure it is rated mature. I am not sure and not putting that much effort into it. The blood is essential to the game at this point and really is just a minor spurt. Imagine it as fake blood. A sport created in the future with spurting fake blood packs that indicate hits. The bullets themselves are simulated. We are just 100 people on vacation.

I wanna play this game with dismemberment, throw a frag and limbs flies, set player son fire and it says burn marks. OR a 7.62 deattaching player's arms at elbow section.
