okay.. i bought the game, refunded it.. and 2 weeks later wana buy it on another account.. but i cant play with that account.. i cant make a character

Ok, Bought this game, all buggy, tried to edit my character. Graphical error comes up, had to close the game. Open the game again, and noticed my character is wearing underwear only. When I try to put on some pants the game asks me for money! I mean, dude, C'on!

What money? As far as i know, you buy from crate from BP POINTS. Bp points you can get it by playing the game.
