Playzone shrinks too fast.

It used to be running speed and now it feels twice or three times that. Its too fast. Perhaps it could move this speed but in smaller increments so it would give people a chance to get into the playzone before it shrinks again. But when it goes down by one or two grid squares at a time and that fast, it is just too quick.

I just played my first game since the patch and perhaps 25% of the players died becasue of the playzone shrinking. To me, I dont think its fun especially when you have to scavenge gear and fight off other people.

Perhaps it would be good to have some kind of hazmat suit parts to delay the time till death, or alternativly have more cars available to drive?

No way, it is already to slow imo. I have 10 hours on the game and havn't died ONCE from the playzome shrinking.

Do you even look at your map? It is easy as hell to stay in the middle of the map. I actually think the playzone shoudl shrink faster.

First time I died from it as well. I was well on top of it, but it over took me. Moved much faster than I had anticipated even though I knew it had sped up. Seems to have cought out a quater or so of the players in that game too. Which if you ask me is a little too many.

zone shrinking is pretty necessary for this game mode though. Otherwise players wouldn't even find each other near the end.

That actually sounds worth trying to me. The circle seemed pretty slow before... or maybe it wasn't the movement of how fast it closed in that was the problem really. I just never ended up using cars since it was too easy to stay well ahead of the circle with even a little bit of planning.

The game is about being fast, finding the stuff you need and then set up somewhere, if you're finding the wall hurting you alot of times, you're playing wrong.

It's the last zones, they don't last enough and the end game is mostly running around and taking stupid routes.

Id like more time intervals for shrinking. You can make it but there's not enough time for squad fights in remote destinations.

Here we go again with 101st thread on the subject.

The consensus with most people is that it's fine the way it is and the devs will not be changing it. If you cannot get used to it and adapt then the Battle Royale genre just isn't for you.
