Sound Bug / Problem
I got a huge sound bug/problem...
i hear only sounds / shots / noises when i look ~ at the direction. if my mate is like 5 meters behind and shoot somewhere and i dont look at him (180° other direction) i cant hear the shot... thats reeeally annoying..
does some got the same problem or knows how to fix that problem?

I found a solution, well, one that worked for me at least. I had to adjust the Spatial Sound Format to "Windows Sonic for headphones". You can do this by right clicking the speaker icon on the bottom right of the task bar and selecting spatial sound.

Yeah, I actually found the solution aswell. Turn off DTS surround, and keep Dolby on!

Same issue, I had my back to a door, the guy came in and shot me, I didn't hear anything.

sort of sounds like surround sound is active. seems that it's trying to send sound to side speakers that don't exhist. trying turning off surround?

I have the exact same issue. Can't hear ANYTHING unless I'm looking directly at it (the source of sound) g430

It's not a headset or speakers problem. It's this game. Plz correct it.

Hi, I have the same problem with my phone, which in the case is a G430, I tried to reinstall the logitech program, and it did not work ... the solution I had to make the PUBG sound work again 100% was to uninstall the program of logitech, I did not feel any difference in all the games when playing without the system, therefore I do not recommend the use of the same, GG

Found what the problem was in my case! This game is bugged with Dolby Pro Logic IIx that comes with my headset, disabling it fixed it. You can find this seeting under the Sound Devices > Settings > "Effects" tab and try disabling them one by one (or all) to see if this fixes the problem for you.

Guys I had this issue recently and wanted to share my fix with you if any still has it.. I had the realtek drivers version 2.82 I uninstalled them as I couldn't either way use the HD audio manager or the equalizer & I replaced them with drivers version 2.81 from realtek website and BOOM all issues has been fixed.

I now have this problem as well.. please help me.. In my instance it isn't playing any audio through the headset at all.

this must clearly be a pubg problem. as if differs between headsets and connections. i wonder why ppl still even plays this game

i see all of you have headsets 100e+ and you rly think problem is your headset dont be that dumb game is broken completley
