Appearance Change?

What can you Change with it?

Only Hair, Hair Color and Skin Color?
Or can you also Change your Face/Race and Gender?

Thats also what i exactly want to know im not happy with my face want to change it. When have 3000 currency it say character appearance but not sure if its indeed only hair or skin color or also face?

Its everything. You can press it and see what you can do without spending the 3000.

Golden rule is in these kinds of things in any game they will always allow you to play around before actually confirming your changes, so go all autistic and ♥♥♥♥ and just play customisation sim for like a year before finally deciding you liked the original better, it's how I never actually played Skyrim

Was just looking to see if the change appearance option took the credits regardless of if you changed anything. If it's a "have a look around before you buy" I think I'll have a goosey gander.
