Is there a way to hold breath when shooting?

I've seen people do it on Videos but can't find the default key in game, anyone know the default key?

You can do it while in ADS. When in ADS press and hold left shift. You'll see ur breath meter (lungs) to the bottom right of ur health bar to see how much longer you can hold your breath for.
