In-game, set shadows and post-processing to "very low".

Take away all light sources. Trollololololllll
In game though, not got a clue. I think if you go into the .ini file you can change it to 0 which is the "Very Low setting" so is pointless. You could go through threads and read on what does what, there are a few so do a simple search and educate yourself. It's worth it as I mess around with most of all my configs, even if it's to get 120-144hz working.
