Disable controller input and inable raw mouse input
So I use a PS3 Nav contoller for wasd movement and keyboard buttons. I don't and can not use a keyboard for wasd just too lazy to learn something I already know how to do with a controller.

Anyway I have the controller set up to emulate the keyboard input using Joy2Key.

So

wasd - thumb stick
thumbstick down - shift
x - c press (crouch) hold p (prone)
o - camera
d-pad:
up - Tab (Inventory)
down - unasigned
left - Q (first aid)
right - E (bandage)
The PS button - is assigened to M (map)
triggers:
L2 - Num * for aim (freeing up right mouse button use it for reload)
L1 - Escape

Have a couple extra mouse buttons too and use one for jump and the other to interact picking stuff up shows the full name of the mouse button hope that will change.

Problem is the contoller is being detected anyway so whatever mapping is on by default it is conflicting with what I have emulated. Meds and first aid do not work and the map will not open (pause menu comes up) and when I go to crouch or hold to prone the character jumps in the air instead.

Is there anyway to turn on raw mouse input I usually use 1600 dpi and low in game sensitivity but the game is using the windows sensitivity which I have set to 0.75 (5/11). There seems to be a little bit of input lag also.

On another note i'm using a GTX 750Ti and low settings I know the game is just released and not 100% optimised but its playable on low with a 750Ti 4gb OC anyway for anybody looking to find out.

Found a file in :\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PUBG\Engine\Config called controller.vdf I moved it to a different location will post if that fixed the issue

That did not work but found the way it is bound in user settings:

Jump x conflict e.g. ,(ActionName="Jump",Keys=((Key=ThumbMouseButton),(Key=Gamepad_FaceButton_Bottom)))

So changing to:
,(ActionName="Jump",Keys=((Key=ThumbMouseButton)))

Should fix the conflict if anyone else see's this thread before it gets lost in the never ending list of pointless complaints.

Wonder if (MouseSensitiveName="Normal" (MouseSensitiveName="Raw" will work???

Did you have any luck with this? I'd also like to disable the native controller detection, as I use a 3rd party program called padstar for remapping.

I did.

So changing to:
,(ActionName="Jump",Keys=((Key=ThumbMouseButton)))

Just delete anything in the config that has ,(Key=Gamepad..........)

can you give me a detailed guide Dharkan on how i disable the native controller detection or how to remap the buttons. i want to use my navigational ps3 controller but the all ready set buttons kick in also

Apologise for the late reply. Have not played in a few months. Go into the config and anything that says ,(key=Gamepad just delete from the file.
