You should up your brightness first off, secondly try putting all ingame settings on low except AA i'd put AA on medium for me that seems to make the game bright enough though the textures won't look the best I get 80fps with those settings.
adjust brithness, and look fot the seting that darkens the edges of the screen.
adding post processing just blur it more, and so does AA.
there is a bug in the game right now that if you as much as touch the scaling slider it becomes blurry. then when you put it back to 100 it stays blurry, because the game doesn't really put it back to 100 and if you set it to 120 it looks closer to what it should look like when it's @ true 1:1 (100%) pixel mapping.
anyway have a look in "GameUserSettings.ini" and look for the line "ScreenScale=100.XXXXXX". if you touched the slider then put it back to 100 in game, the game probably put in ScreenScale=100.045678 (or any combination of numbers after the decimal) this is what is causing the blur @ 100% scale. just set it back to "ScreenScale=100.000000" and save the file. launch the game and the blur should be gone. I even have Anti Aliasing on Ultra, and Post processing on Low, and it still looks crisp.
don't know why it does it, but it really messes up the pixel mapping and turns everything blurry.
before I was playing with post process off and AA off and 120% scale, when I went into the "GameUserSettings.ini" it was set to 120.0123456 ( or some numbers after decimal) and while it was clearer in game then 100% it was still not more clear then 100.000000.
Post processing off is the same as putting it on "very low", right?
