How to split ammo in Duo's

[I have quit gaming]

Hey everyone,

Me and my friend were playing a duo match but we both couldn't figure out how to drop a specific amount of ammo for eachother.

Example: I have 50 rounds and want to give 20 of those to my friend, how do i make that happen?

Any help is really appreciated.

hold Ctrl and drag them to the ground. A window will appear and you pick the ammount you want to drop

It does not give me the window, how do I fix please help!

Have you changed your keybindings ? Didnt let me do it either until I put them back on default

I did change them but I can't play with crouch on C ):

i cant split ammo like that, i changed my L-CTRL to crouch, idk if that is the reason but i cant split ammo at all, help pls

You must use default keybindings otherwise it does not work ):

Same problem here, i changed my keybind L-CTRL to X, both don't work. Any solutions

What you guys could try is to manually assign another key to it.
Go to the folder
\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

look for the file GameUserSettings.ini

In there search for ActionName="ItemStackCountHandling"

Let us know if it worked.

lol... didn't even check if its an option in the control menu. Thats what I get for assuming people would have already checked there.

actually yeah there is a button in the menu called countstack something not really sure what was the original name so you can bind it and its all good

Yes this setting is called Item Quantity Control. Settings>Control>UI it will be there if you scroll down on control. Good Luck tell me if this works
