Just double click the speaker symbol in the right corner, start the game and slide the volume up.
This did the trick for me! Thanks. I had Windows at 100% and the game at 100%. This trick doubled my volume in game.
This is the fix right here ^
This was the reason my game got quieter. I changed the sampling rate.
Pluging the headset into the computer itself resulted in ridiculously low sound and nothing could fix it....so now I got headset sound plugged in from my av receiver while the mic from same headset is connected to my computer itself...took a bit of fiddling but was the only way I could get increased sound and needed extension cord to be able to connect the headset to both computer and the AV receiver so its a bit of a pain but it works.
I've been complaining a lot to my friends that I could'nt hear anyone running close to me and getting killed on the sides or back all the time (close range)
The only thing I had to do is to ALT TAB while in the game and use the volume mixer to put at 100% the sound that was set by default at about 10% (for the game but not the other apps) ... It changed everything, in Pochinki I can now easily hear people running in a building that is across the street.. No way I heard that before.
Thank you!!! i can finally play right!!
In a game like this were sound is so important to actually doing well, I find the sound here to be almost game breaking.
This is the best i've found so far.
