Report a translation problem
- Run Steam as Administrator
- Run the game itself as admin located in Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64 (This option made me not get the Steam has failed to Initialize error, but instead the game froze on the splash loading screen)
- Delete ClientRegistry.blob from Steam directory
- Follow all possible steps on this list: http://forums.playbattlegrounds.com/topic/4469-connectionsteamlaunch-issues-a-comprehensive-guide/
- Start BattleEye service manually
As it stands, I haven't gotten the game to connect yet. I am assuming this is just an early access launch issue.
I JUST UNINSTALLED STEAM.... AND IT WORKS.
unfortunatley it required a fresh install of steam and the game but im back in business
GOOD LUCK.
This is extremely disappointing, as i have yet to be even able to try the game
