I believe what is happening with your error is that to ease the load on the RAM, your system is placing data in your SSD or HDD. In order to focus the resources to your RAM, as you intended, do the following:
Right click Windows start>System>Advanced System Settings>Advanced>Performance>Settings>Advanced>Virtual Memory>Change>Select your SSD and your HDD>No paging file>Set>Ok>Ok
Now all resources should be used by your RAM.

I have Nvidia's instant replay running on the same hard drive as the game but that's never a problem on any other games. I experienced this crash without running instant replay too. Sometimes I get other crashes that don't even display a warning, I believe it's firewall related though.
I have quite a lot of memory and non-memory crashes with this game, which I've never experienced with other games - even while running Instant Replay or recording locally (both @ 1080p 60 fps) and streaming with Steam Broadcast @ 1080p at the same time while playing games like GTA V at highest graphics settings. Guess those people on the hardware forums where wrong when they said you won't need more than 16 GB of memory, as non-optimized games sometimes will need more than that.
