fix this static sound PLEASE

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is the only game that i have a loud ass static white noise sound when i open it and while im playing... please fix this ♥♥♥♥ it's so annoying and i cannot even hear footsteps or anything... it is truly cancer...

I seriously doubt that this is the game's fault. I'd check out your speakers, as well as make sure that it isn't just some guy's voice chat spam. If you are playing with headphones, then try turning down the volume, you may just be making them peak.

you clearly dont read... THIS ONLY HAPPENS WITH PU... no other game... nothing outside of gaming... it's only when i open PU and while im in game of PU... and it's so damn loud

p.s.-im not using speakers, and even tried multiple headsets, but it is just PU... same issue

Its the game, Im having the same issue. Game was fine until a couple patches ago and now it is horrible. The sound is studdering and causes massive fps drops.

Happening for me too. I have 3 sound devices on this machine, doesn't happen for any other program, have change the sample rates and couple other settings but no improvement. only appeared after the latest patch for me.
