The Problem with not starting with a Weapon...

It ruins a match 30 seconds in. I get that that's part of the appeal, but when it takes over 3 mintues to get back into a new game, it gets tedious.

I've had a dozen or more starts where I search every single house in my drop area and can't find a single weapon. Then one person who does have one gets a free kill.

I feek like the game should honestly start everyone with the 9mm pistol with 1 round in the chamber.

You're saying starting with a pistol is somehow a bad idea. A headshot does 81 damage while a body shot does 27 damage. You're telling me that's useless damage? That actually gives you a chance to run up to someone and kill them if you land a headshot.

Otherwise your option is to avoid everyone at all costs because you couldn't find anything in 6 seperate buildings.

If you honestly think starting with a pistol would "destroy the feel of the game" you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ delusional when it would only improve the start of the game.

The Culling was TERRIBLE.

Stop complaining because you are ♥♥♥♥. I've never had issues finding weapons. If anything use your fists like a man.

Nothing is more disheartening than to be running from a person who's punching you while you frantically try to reload your weapon and die from them just as it reloads...

I'm (not to toot my own horn) amazing at FPS games, and was also amazing back in the old school Ghost Recon days. That being said, im pretty bad at this game. I've only won squad twice, and 0 for solo or duo. My K/D is garbage, 1.5 being the best in Squad, and....

I fking love how this game is set up. If there was anything that I would change, it would be the speed of the circle, at least the end game speed, but at the same time, I love the chaos of it too.

The thing is I never start and not find anything. Everytime I play I find at least 2 ARs and sights, meds, lv2 armor, and about 120 rounds from the first place I drop at. You are most likley picking terrible starts which are luck dependent. Pick high loot areas that are out of the way of the plane so you dont have to compete with people. Or go to high loot areas a little closer and kill 1 guy and get great loot. It really is not hard.

A buddy and I today went all the way from the beach between Primorsk and Gatka and drove two boats all the way into Polyana, with nothing. We geared up almost instantly when we got there and even got a few kills.. We also 3man squad dropped on the military base about twenty minutes ago with everyone, picked up three kills and moved on.

If you're only lasting thirty seconds, that's an issue on your end.

Actually luck has little to do with the initial loot. And no, 'git gud' has nothing to do with it either. That's just people who suck at the game trying to make others feel bad.

What you need to do is A) not jump out of the plane in the first few seconds, and B) go somewhere other people aren't. Easy answer is to simply stay on the plane until the second half, or even last quarter, of the flight, then jump out. There will only be maybe 6-10 people on the plane by that point, and half of them will be AFK/crashed.

Seriously, there's a damn good reason why a third of players of every single match end up dead within the first 5 minutes. It's because they jump early and all go to the same places. If you can't handle that, do something else.

It doesn't matter if everyone drops with a 9 mm pistol and one bullet, or with nothing.

The chance of you dying within 30 secconds and not finding weapons, is exactly the same.

Expand the locations where you land, some places have better loo then others, you learn this by playing, or you can check tips online too. For example the the bunkers west have almost quaranteed guns, and the prison next to them, the gun-range at north, and so on.

Good option too is to go for vehicle straight away (there is quaranteed spawns, personally I hope they would all be rng), grab it, drive far away from others to good loot spot.

Stop jumping by everyone else. I've died to before getting loot. It sucks. But you act like 3 mins is a long ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time. Ive made top 10 with a suppressed 1911, no vest, lv1 helmet lv1 bag, no meds because thats all i could find.

You dieing early, or not able to find a gun isnt a flaw with the game, but a flaw in your strategy.
