people teaming up in solo

meeting more and more duo play in solo, its more easy then you know to duo up and getting into same lobby, it can be a problem wen one gets on the ground and they are there du killing you , later in the game np shooting the basterds down, but still that start is hard wen meeting duos in solo

but you dont make the rules for the game. the developers have stated clearly that is it against the rules. want to duo, play duo's. solo is for solo'ing. not really sure why so many people dont understand this.

Dev makes the rules, right. However, you can't expect people to go into forums and what not to find out about them. If they are enforced, they should be shown ingame somewhere or you should have gotten that information upon purchasing the game.

They have a nice lobby, they could use that to put some information somewhere.

I played a decent amount of solo and honestly cannot say I have ever seen a single thing I would suspect as people actually teaming. I mean, alll those things you described could have happened completely naturally.

I see this most games, too much of a pain to report, you can't see names or anything, nothing will get done, main place I here it is in the plane, one will say wanna team anyone, yeah sure go now.

Disabling coms on island and plane in solo will help with some of it.

It's not something that personally bothers me but it does seem to happen a lot.

What you could do to combat it is ask people if they wanna team on the plane. Then jump down together. Get a shotgun and blow their head off. Teamer dead. Thank me later.

When you play squad, chances are, you get at least 1 annoying idiot, and have to leave.
When you play Duo, you can't play with randoms, so... that's not always an option.
For people that want to play with 2 players, but don't have anyone on their list online, this is literally the only option, even though, somewhere, hidden deep within some already well hidden rules, it is said, that something something bannable...

Edit: I do have to say, alone, the game is incredibly boring. Once you realize that there are only like... 3 different houses in the game, and all areas that are not the 10 best areas in the game, just give you NO ITEMS, the only fun in the games comes from playing with other people... I wish there was a 2 or 3 player thing where you could play with ONLY randoms. NO PREMADE TEAMS!

Game would really profit from map variation. Not saying that the map should be random but... in some way.. generated? Just have cities change locations, roads have different layouts, things like that... Not dumb Rust levels of "having rivers in the air" but... SOMEHOW switching it up...

Debatably, teaming is a legit part of the battle royale experience so it seems odd they would care at all.

Yes, you caught us, this one one big elaborate joke! /s

Video proof is quite conclusive if you are killed by a teamer as it shows the name and footage of them teaming. What is even better though is the systems that are going to be put in place to detect this type of behaviour.

For now I'll leave you with this tweet from PU regarding teaming in his original mod, certainly takes the guesswork away from telling who is teaming and not.

I kinda think the rule is dumb. Attempting to work with someone in solo is always a double edge sword.

They could stick to the agreement, or they could stab you in the back.

Personally i haven't done it, but I see it as a viable Strat.
