If you crouch down befor fiering you will notice that your reticule closes slightley.... If you go prone it closes a bit more.
The tighter your reticule is the less spread you get.
Moving while fireing will open your reticule and make spread ( I know you can't stand still but less movment helps )
You can reduce your mouse sensitivity so that it moves slightley slower from left to right up and down... This helps a bit.
You can buy a mouse that has a " Precision Aim " button that will lock you movment and keep your reticule still.
Irratic movment will spread bullets everywhere .... so just a better control of your mouse with slower movments will help a lot.
Hope that helps
Try standing still and keeping mouse still .... And then fire ..... You will notice that the gun will drift up ( And some times to the left and right of the target )
Different guns have different drift movment .... You can test this in the lobby while waiting for other players to load.
Guns with attachments added will drift different to.
Yes .... Small controlled bursts while aiming low is pretty much the best way to go.
Agree.
