Steam has a built in fps counter in the settings. Under overlay i think.

open steam overlay, go to settings and click "in-game", then turn on fps counter.

The fps overlay will also work in every steam game you have.

good to know, i was avraging 60 FPS on ULTRA across the board in a solo game. nice to see

i average 60 fps as well with a GTX 1070 and i5 6500 with 16gb ram. unless you have a badass monitor thats all you really need for framerate
