You knocked a player but his/her teammates revived him you can check this from kill rating leaderboard. some of the players played 100 matches they have 1500 kills 1000+ dbno you cant die in a single match 10 times.

or the kill was stolen or a teammate finished him

No, if your team mate finishes them, you still get the kill. If another team finishes them, then they get the kill.

"Stands for 'Down But No Out'.

During Duo or squad play, when you lose all your HP, you go into this mode.

In this mode, your duo or squad members can heal you and that is why we don't count this as an out. "

Pretty false commend and understanding of what it mean... currently 07.10.2018 squads first place "Ashek". 137 matches. 657 DBNO. Obviously its how many times u knock enemy!
