Went from 60 FPS avg on medium settings to barely scratching 30 with constant lags.
Game is unplayable now.

I dont know what this is about, but im super mad right now.

Got a Ryzen 1600x, gtx 970 and 16gb ram

That shouldnt explain an over 30 fps drop.The Game ran PERFECTLY smooth before with 60-70 fps on higher settings than I use now.
Right now its a lagfest, similar to last week before I upgraded my rig.

try turning off shader cache in nvidia panel

I get also reduction of fps with this update. I use to play in really low to have around 60 fps during gunfight (60 fps with smoke / fire / gun shoot or driving), now my general fps have been reduce, i think i have around 30-20 fps during gun fight max (still playable, but gunfight in close quarter are almost impossible) .

Im stil hoping that its some kinbd of problem with new processors and theyll patch it quickly...I just bought new parts so I could play this game with stable fps so its really frustrating to me.

I have a gtx 980ti and i still have to play on low very low but i like it that way. I use to have a real crap computer so im used to it also on very low you can see through grass and some trees. shouldnt really be a issue m9
