Hold RMB to ADS?

Is it possible to change it so that I can hold Right mouse button to go 1st person ADS? I'm using this in every other shooter game, and it is screwing me up some times now. :P

Wrong, he asked whether or not it's possible to change the current ADS mechanic from clicking the RMP to holding RMB. The guy telling the OP to double click and hold didn't answer that since he gave kind of a mixed solution. Only the fact that holding RMB is part of that doesn't mean it's what he asked for. Or would you be the same opinion if the answer was "Hold CTRL, press F12, double click and hold RMB"? Because that's basically what you're saying. Besides that, I share the opinion that the guy shouldn't be insulted for trying to help. Turning on the brain helps sometimes though. As if the given solution would satisfy anybody.. like really.

In answer to the question: No currently if you are playing in 3rd person you cannot enable this function without scripts that could potentially have you banned.

Change InputModeADS=Toggle to InputModeADS=Hold

sweet! Just tried it, it does seem to lag a bit. takes like half a second to start ADS animation. Thats probably why it's not an ingame option yet

editing .ini files can get you banned. Just FYI

As mentioned this does now work - its buggy and slow but works. Havent been banned for it but i would imagine this is a risk? I dont think they should ban for it as it is so slow it is kind of a hinderance rather than an advantage.
