what is the game ports? so i can allow it through port forwarding.

That won't be ports, that's bad internet or routing equipment.

Dude wtf you have no idea what your talking about, simply portforwarding could solve %50 of most network lag

Generally steam assists with port forwarding on your firewall if needed

You really shouldn’t need to do any port forwarding as you’re just a client. At worst you neee uPnP enabled on your router
