If you get it on steam, you'll get all the characters, some costumes and more.
All the characters are included, some costumes and more.
Which is cool untill that sale expires lol.
I think even after the sales, it will still be cheaper than on the windows store.
No, itll be the same price with the windows store offering cheaper packages (Like buying season 2 characters only for $20) and ofcourse the windows 10 edition offering the free to play trial edition.
The free to play version is much like the dead or alive 5 free to play thing where its just the full game up front but characters are locked out and other stuff is locked. Also they do free character rotations so your not stuck with jago.
But yeah 40$ is all characters, retro costumes (and all colors unlocked for retro outfits). There is still freemium stuff to buy like gold skin packs and stuff to help you do shadowlord mode but thats all singleplayer. With dedication you can unlock all the shadow and mimic skins but they are just fiery purple or fiery green skins but it adds flair.
You can also buy KI gold to unlock (most) accesseries early EXCEPT level 50 unlocks. level 50 unlocks are unbuyable which means earning a level 50 feels like a legit accomplishment. And they generally look badass to boot.
As far as i know the windows 10 and xbox one versions (and xbox one x i assume) are all cross platform. I have no idea if this is or not so the player base might be smaller.
Nah, this game cost me alot more then it's currently going for on steam store
This is the definetive editiion ($40) and it yes it differs from the Supreme edition ($60).
