It only works for the launcher. You might need to login again ingame, so you can use the online game features.

i bought the game and it told me my serial was already used and i finally got fed up and got a refund. sad since i saw they had removed the drm that used to come with it. i own tropico 1-5 , victor vran and grand ages of rome and have no issues with their launchers. i guess this game and me were just not ment to be.
