Greenhorn Difficulty (Arcade Mode)

I've been playing arcade mode to get the achievements for completing it on greenhorn or higher with each character, and the difficulty of the AI is far too much for me. I find that the description of greenhorn does not match the skill of the AI at all.
I've done many of the tutorials for the game and have played online a bit so I somewhat know the ropes around the game, but nothing compares to the skill the AI manages to put out.
I have only managed to complete arcade with Arizona on greenhorn once and am now attempting it with paprika.
It's taken me 2 hours now and I still have not completed it. If you look at the percentages of the greenhorn arcade achievements, you can see all of them are 0.2 or less percent of players which just goes to show how frustrating it is to even complete these. And greenhorn isn't even the hardest difficulty, the description makes it out to be the medium/normal difficulty.
Getting through the characters is definitely still too hard but it's doable, it's the animals at the very end that end it for me.
I've played story mode and arcade mode on the easiest difficulty and it feels too easy which I expected. But greenhorn is just a nightmare for me.
I know i'm not that great at the game but if I'm having zero trouble with a sleeptrot AI, I should be competent with the next difficulty up.

I can't exactly help you, because it's difficult for me to finish an arcade run on Greenhorn as well, but the reason for such low percentages of achievements completed is because it's counting 100% of all owners of the game on Steam, starting with everyone who added the game to their library as far back as 2018 or even earlier. Achievements were only added very recently, so even people who have met the achievement requirements before achievements were added will not have them.
