Try making up your own ones, even if they are simple, you'll improve them as you improve at the game yourself!
He talk about the tutorial, you must do a combo with 1 button press, it doesn't work along some stuff in the tutorial that are not working or buggy, I guess no one tested the tutorial before release.....
But I know that in the control configs, there is a button called "macro".
Just set your A and B buttons to it. Once done, pressing your macro button will make your character do a double-attack combo.
Will check the tutorials later and see by mysef though.
Nah, they aren't talking about macros. By the way, a better macro is B + C, since that encompasses all moves that have you pressing two buttons, including throws and pushblock.
I know that since this is the exact macro I use all the time.
The reason why I said "A+B" instead is because it's the only macro setting that will make the character do a double-attack combo.
Since "B+C" will just make her grab (if not blocking or using the thumbstick) instead.
Played the entire tutorial with Ollie Velvet and Tina immediately after it released, no problems other than a couple typos, could you elaborate on what you're referring to here? Is one of the other three's borked?
If they're referring to negative edge, that works just fine. Only takes some effort, timing is kind of unusual if you're not familiar with the input already.
I didn't know anything about it until this tutorial, actually! Found the entire thing pretty helpful overall, especially the section on frame-data. I had a general idea of how it all worked from googling, but it was put into pretty clear terms as far as I'm concerned, big help.
Worked fine for me as Ole.
I cant do it, neither with Pom or Oleander, I actually dont need this frame buffer trick but when I cant do something I have that feeling Im missing something.
Im doing 5C then doing 236 with C still pressed from 5C and nothing happens, I still receiving a fail warning. Tested with KB and pad.
EDIT: LOL, I have to release the button after doing 236.
