Also, you can cross up enemies by using the slow fel spark (Down+Down+A) then teleporting behind them using Down+Down+S. Just remember that teleporting isn't always safe and it can be countered. Oleander's attacks also have a pretty big hitbox as well.

Do NOT build magic meter unless you put a resonable distance between you and the opponent and remember she can also do it in air.
To help zone your opponent if you have any magic she can immediately follow up her normal fireball with a magic one.
Her 2b is a very good anti air and one of the most common strategies in the history is to bait jumps with fireballs and that is one place the move shines.
Her magic teleport(down down+D) can be comboed off of but only if the opponent is in air when it connects.

It's safe to charge 1-2 magic like this depending on positioning.
