My other tip is to set one of the in game macros to B + C. That counts as the two attacks for a super but can also be a push block, grab, and I think even a dead angle?
As for the attack buttons, you need to hit two at once, out of A, B, or C (otherwise known as Light, Medium, and Heavy). The easiest way to do it is to set a macro button to B+C (which also serves as the throw command), and whenever you want to do a special, a super, or a throw, you can hit your macro button.
