Harvest not possible

Hello, I have a problem: harvesting is not possible. In the upper corner left (field info) there is no information about harvesting. I play on xbox one. Could you please help me? Thanks.

I've never seen the harvest info on Xbox One either but I still harvest when the crops are ready (they change color). Try harvesting anytime...if it's ready, you'll succeed. If not, nothing happens. Better not wait too long once it turns though or else it dies without crediting your harvest.

Thank you for your answer. I just wonder what colour the crops must have. My corn is already yellow und ripe to my opinion. Does any body know how long (in days) it takes for different crops to be ready for harvest? Is there any information available?

Once mine turns yellow I can harvest, usually I have to fast forward four game days and it's ready. Well, that or I just keep playing normally and I've had it be ready in about five hours.

I wanted to learn with "learning the basics" video how to harvest, but soon after the beginning (after I buy the right tractor to be able to work with the big plough) the learning mode stops saying: You are very talented .. . (sth. like that) and I never come to the part with harvesting. The video is not helpful to learn the basics of the game.

All right, thank you. You're saying you're stuck at the 'learning the basics' tutorial? This consists of 3 parts: sowing, cultivating and harvesting. After each stage, you get a message indicating that the mission is over. After that, you should head over to the job board to take on the next job.

Outside of the tutorials, you stated that you couldn't harvest any of your fields in free mode (I assume?). Are you sure you're trying to harvest fields that are actually owned by you?

Yes, it is in free mode and the fields are owned by me.

As to the tutorial: After it says "you are very talented" the Tutorial is over, I cannot go to the next stage.

It sounds like a very weird bug. Haven't heard about the tutorial just stopping like that before as well. Is the job board completely empty after the plowing mission in the tutorial?

There was no job board any more, it disappeared and I could only start with the normal play. Today I could´find the Tutorial any more and harvesting did´t work either although the harvesting machine was activated - it just drove through the field. I think that the play is very nicely designed, with beautiful graphics and landscape, versatile perspectives and I enjoy really when driving the tractor because it is easy to handle. I would suggest that the following needs improvement: Indication about when the fields are ripe to harvest, possibility to harvest in the first place, more people and animals, realistic movements of animals, the size of cars is too small in comparison with the tractor to my opinion.
