No more jobs?

I played career mode and first did all jobs I was given equipment for.
then there was one single job left on the table, a cult job that was BYOE.
I rented the equipment for that, by doing that I triggered the quest "buy or rent your own tractor" done.
the new quest "buy or rent your own plow" activated.
I did the cult job, then I returned to the shop.
I cannot give rented equipment back?
I rented a plow, the quest "rent a plow" was triggered done, the quest "collect 350k" activated.
no jobs on the board.

should I have rented the tractor right after doing the "learn to harvest" quest, before doing any other jobs?
is the quest tree to break so easily?

okay, guys.
I started a new savegame, I did the tutorial again, and now - there are no jobs from the beginning!
so, what is up the the career mode?
what flags or counters did you mess up?

Hi there! I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with Real Farm. We've had some problems with jobs in the past, but we've fixed most problems with them. Have you tried deleting the file 'settings.farm' in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\SOEDESCO\Real Farm? This resets the game's settings, and might resolve the problem.

I'll share this with the team and I'll let you know once I know more!

deleted 'settings.farm' as suggested.
- it did help with the second savegame, the two jobs are there. if new jobs would follow, I got to take time to test.
- it did not help with the first savegame. the board remained empty.

Hmm... Well, we're getting somewhere . So just to be sure, Have you checked all job boards on the map, or is 1 specific job board remaining empty?

I didn't know there are more than one job boards.
I just checked that at the farm.
good to know there are more, so I guess I got to get around the map looking for boards...

anyhow, the one problem I did found:
if I empty the board in one savegame, it's empty in a newly started game, too.

Haha, no problem. Yep, you've gotta move around the map to the other farms to find more jobs! Once you complete those, the empty job board will fill up eventually ;)

Seems to be I hit around 50 jobs total then I no longer find any, deleting those files just resets the jobs until they break again. Pondering trying to harvest and plow some of the AI fields, see if that kickstarts new job offerings.

Think this is my 4th save now encountering the same thing, happens in both Career and Free modes.

I'll keep notifying the dev team about this. For now the workaround is deleting the settings file, I'm afraid. I don't believe plowing AI fields will help, but if it does, please let me know!

also, there's a problem wich kind of missions get offered.
(no internal filter possible/not possible)
e.g. you'll get offered a sowing job with own equipment from the very beginning on.
you can rent a trac and a sowing machine, but you cannot fill the machine up, since you need your own farm the deliver seeds to, and the seed bunker at the start farm is empty.
would be nice to add a possibility to get seeds without owning the farm. perhaps the mission orderer could provide them?

I'm haviong this problem in the learning the basics, how do i fill the seeder if i can't buy the seeds to be sown?
