Best Ships for Tyranids?
I've been searching but the guides aren't great for Tyranids. I was thinking of playing either Necrons or Tyranids and Necrons seem simple enough but the Tyrranids have so many different ships! Is there a guide or link to somewhere to say what are the best ships for Tyranids?

they are good but they dont tell you the thing you need to know about garrisons and actually guarding the krill sholes or space whale migration routes.

it was like minmax mike or something he has one for necrons nids and imperium.

The most effective is acid spam but you should go with what's fun to you.

Edit: This guide is fine for campaign, if you want MP that's different. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1930661102&searchtext=tyranid

ya this one. the only thing it doesnt do well is the garrison fleets which normal up you will be using to block invasions. it tells you to use cheepest possible leader ships but it doesnt work and recuritng and dispanding ships will bankrupt you. the only reason i havent finished my normal nids is because its literally what happened. minus the dispanding. i think i might be able to lose what i got and have a replacement feet loot the garrisons to save it but it will be cutting it close.

weird thing about nid ships is that their bigger ships are barely an upgrade
using broadsides is a misery with the bad pathing connected to their horrible boost controllability
and most cruisers have the same front cannon as the light cruisers
so if your not going jaw for fun
just spam lightcruiser pyrocannons
and dont care about losing a few
no point doing anything other then gunline disposable spam
playing differently requires movability from a faction with none, stealth from a faction unable to run silent and leaves you open to boarding with the only faction vulnerable to boarding
its sad and boring, but they did the nids dirty so thats how they play
