SPIRE SKILL WUESTION
SPIRE has 5 possible skills (the orange flags) 1 of those (void wind expert ) is to have 1 more point of movement each turn
does this apply even after battle or in this case the movement is 0 as always ?

If we talk about a skill for the fleet, I choose either a reduction in upkeep for ships or a speed of repair. I have to fight a lot and resources are always needed
Always get the Void Wind Expert. In the long grind till the end, you would come to appreciate that. All other skills are pretty much useless.
Once a battle is fought, all movement points will be reduced to zero.

Once you have more and more sectors under your control, that extra movement point will help you patrol and repel random enemy attacks on random different points in the map.

You should consider having the Spire team (3 fleets) to all have the Void Expert Skills. That way, they will reach his objectives faster because a term wasted is another point added to the Chaos Urgency Bar at the bottom right. If the urgency bar reaches level two, it becomes kind of a nightmare grind, but that's only for Hard mode, you don't need to worry about it.

Just play the game. Figuring out how to game the system and what units work best is part of playing the game, right?
It's like watching movies, would you prefer to have all the spoilers of a movie before watching it?

4 turn. By the time you have two star systems under control, you will be rich enough to not give a fu ck if you lose ships or not, just buy more ships.
Still though, make sure your Spire team fleets get the correct, useful upgrades and their levels all maxed out.
So yes, 4 turns it is.

Always pick the one that lets you get ships at lv 2 or the faster move repair one is only good if you on very hard and your repiar times suck

Let's not add more confusion to this topic, now.
Extra movement point is always the best.
