Necron Arc Lightning

Playing the Necron campaign, and my arc lightning just isn't hitting anything. It just tends to squiggle...

At first I put this down to going up against Eldar holofields (although critting their generators does bugger all), but it's happening with Orks as well. It's campaign, so I'm still managing to beat the AI on Gauss whip turrets alone, but I'm picking up heavy hull damage etc nonetheless.

Any idea what's going on? What am I missing? It was all going so well until a few days ago...

fairly sure they never fixed the bug that necron shots dont reach at high speeds

Often between 'Fastest' and 'One Down from Fastest', so that might explain it.

Sigh... It's not going to be a quick campaign, is it? ;)

play on normal speed, they work fine for me.

They hit, its just the animation that gets screwed up in great numbers/high speed sometimes.

Yeah, I've been playing at normal speed now and they work fine for me at that speed. I'm getting much less hull damage from the opponents due to my lightning actually hitting like it should, which is nice, but it does make each battle slower.

At higher speeds, they often squiggle. When they squiggle, they don't do damage to the ships they're targeting. At all.

they work fine, stop complaining . didnt you rage uninstall this game months ago? why are you still trollling this forum??
