Can not load new campaign

This game is causing me issues - first sound (headphones work around) now the chuffing game loops back to the splash screen everytime I try and load an old game or start a new campaign. New install, cache cleared - anyone have any ideas?

Great support in this game....not. I have managed to play on an old usb head phones and only had the game crash 3 times. It struggles to not loop back to start menu when trying a new campaign. 1 in 10 times It might play. I haven't managed to load in a save game once it just stalls and loops to the main menu. I had like 127 hours played on this 12 months ago and really enjoyed the game, thought I'd try the new DLC. what a waste of cash, this game is broken and from what I can tell it is due to inclusion of EAC. Well thanks guys for completely ruining the game for me!! Now to uninstall and not buy jack XXXX from these cretins again..

or not - only game I have out of 430+ that does this. it used to work like a charm now it fails. EAC is what I'm tracking the issue to, and I'm not prepared to removed audio Dlls I've paid for, bugger that.

I'm having a similar problem. I can't load in any new campaigns. It's always stuck on the loading splash screen.

You know nothing about myself nor my system. Be helpful rather than scornful. You did notice I had 127 hour playing? Ie it worked prior to eac and now it doesn't. Question, are you using the Skalgrim mod? If so maybe you should uninstall the game, run it without the mod and see if that works. If not, then I suggest you type "-NoEAC" in the launch options, without the quotations of course. And see if that works. Other then that I don't know any other way to help.

Just another small thing, it turns out that with the mod, the tyranid campaign is a bit bugged at the moment, no pun intended, and won't load sometimes regardless of what you do. The other campaigns should work fine though.

Same problem. 200 hours before they apllyed EAC. Now cant even lounch the game. NOeac and other staff couldnt help=(

I don't think that will work without some sort of mod. I had the same issues and disabling EAC allowed me to play but the most recent update made it impossible to launch the game without EAC enabled.
