Question, are you using the Skalgrim mod? If so maybe you should uninstall the game, run it without the mod and see if that works. If not, then I suggest you type "-NoEAC" in the launch options, without the quotations of course. And see if that works. Other then that I don't know any other way to help.
Just another small thing, it turns out that with the mod, the tyranid campaign is a bit bugged at the moment, no pun intended, and won't load sometimes regardless of what you do. The other campaigns should work fine though.

I don't think that will work without some sort of mod. I had the same issues and disabling EAC allowed me to play but the most recent update made it impossible to launch the game without EAC enabled.
