Report a translation problem
These are the boni I have gathered so far:
Agripinaa : Crit +18% AdMech +1
Belis Corona : Crit +25% AdMech +1
Cadia : Crit +10% AdMe/Navy +1 KP-Lasguns
Chinchare : Crit +23%
Nemesis Tessera : 0
I will most likely update the chart as I progress in the story, as I unlock new systems and planets (most likely later today, since my next mission is the one unlocking Nids).
According to the system stats, Agripinaa and Belis Corona both have one more system I cannot see yet.
So at this point, the most promising sectors are Belis Corona and Cadia for Navy Ships, depending on what the boni actually mean, since none of the boni are noted on my ship profiles. (only the +3% crit chance from the general Agripinaa bonus is noted).

Tips : Recruit Only Adeptus Astarte Iron Hand .
Adeptus Astarte (All other subfaction) : Caliban sector when is fully conquered.
Adeptus Mechanicus: Cadia,Scarus,Medusa (Same for all)
But it seems to me that currently, many craft bonus does not work and some bonus is lost when the ship level up.
I tested recuiting fleets in different sectors, and realized that the boni are compleatly broken for me. The only sector which provides any bonus other than exp is Cadia, with the +10% crit.
Neither the 3% crit bonus from Agripinaa isn't applied on any new ship, nor any other crit or Lasgun bonus apart from the Cadia Deathworld.
So I am curious: Do they work for you guys? If so, did you start your current save during the Beta or after release?

But i loose crit bonnus durring level up in my necron campaign (I start after the beta )
I haven't try in my Impérial campaign yet
I seem to be experiencing the same issues, bonuses are just not being applied across the board to new ships apart from the few made in Cadia in the beginning of the campaign. Not crits, not extra starting levels for admech in any other sectors. And even in Cadia not all bonuses are working either.
(started after release)
So... early game it is best to build a IN fleet in Cadian sector. After you get to Agripinaa and Belis Corona sectors the crit bonuses there for IN are the best to put to use.
For Mechanicus you can build wherever and when you get to Scarus you get +15 bravery, which is good for the crew.
Adeptus astartes you should build wherever and recruit Iron Hands leaders only, and after you get to Medusa you should build your ships there.
After that it should not matter where you build your ships as the bonuses become irrelevant.
The "Imperial Navy" bonuses apply to all Navies. Including Adeptus mech. and SM.
Only one i'm on fence if it applies is the Cadian +1 Troop damage
oh. And you can only see the bonus during battle. Devs haven't "fixed" it before they gave up on the game~
