Does the Necron Campaign have any special units for missions?

Exactly as it sounds like. I got to use the Imperium's Phalanx in the tutorial and I got to enjoy using the colossal Tyranid unit in their campaign. Do the Necrons ever get a mission where they get to use a big and fun and powerful unit too?

Hmm, been wondering the same too. Just started Necron campaign.

Haven't finished the quest line yet, but it does look like the Necrons get a titan as well. The Dark Throne it is called, a giant orb looking battle station from what I saw. I would advise keeping some Eldar alive for the first part, you'll need a battle plan from them.
