Bug: Mission won't finish

I was doing one of those missions to kill one of Archon's generals in the main campaign.

I killed the main general ship, then wiped out the fleet. Sat around for ages, searched the map, but no more hostiles. Ended up retreating and lost the campaign. Bit annoying.

Is there a command to force "win mission" in case it happens again?

I guess not.

EDIT: Played through the mission a second time and it completed that time.

Have the same problem also, this really pisses me off..took on allmoust hour to clean fleets then..nothing.
