dafuq you mean? necron fighters are pretty weak. yes they can harass undefended ships pretty well but fighters and wipe them out easily. and as far as i know, there's only one effective necron fleet make up.
Actually I see your point and I might agree. I've met with a fair bit of success terrorizing people with a 3-Scourge fleet. This is not an exaggeration, it's probably my favorite cheezy fleet build. It has serious weaknesses of course but you need to know the counters - the amount of hull damage when you stack all those squadrons is pretty intimidating and I've freaked people out with it before.
As long as you don't use it against other Necrons a Necron carrier fleet can be genuinely OP. People don't seem to know what to do to counter strikecraft.
Feel free to disagree, but remember that people have differing perspectives on what works. :)
They deal up to 0.3 hull damage per boat/second.
that makes each line ship brings 2.1dps of fighters (with the carrier bringing 5 for 10.5 hull/sec).
Like carrier orks they are clunky and will lose to a group of braced ships, but can output a lot of damage given the righr circumstance.
Not god tier, but not terrible either :)
