Difficulty Getting to the Moon and Space Stations

Ive been trying to get to the moon using crafts like the millenim falcon or just a standard space shuttle but it really takes a very long time, so long i dont think its even possible in non infinite fuel vehicles, it takes like more than 10 minutes to get to the moon and even when i got close to it i turned off the engines to not hit the ground but instead it shot me right back up away from the moon, Also noticing on the announcement page for the release date of the dlc showed a space station, how exactly are we supposed to get things like that up there without some form of space map?

In space you do not need engine to move. You need engine only to accelarate! It a sort-of-phisics simulation game after all. No "starwar phisics"

u just need enough power to get out of the gravity of earth then u can coast to the moon, still working that out atm as most normal sensors wont work..
