Radar rotation

Hello all, I was wondering how to rotate the radar, (the one that looks like sonar) without using a pivot block?

The unit has rotation direction arrows on it, but no logic to connect too.
Is it done in a MC or LUA??

If so, can someone please explain how to do???

I wish to make my own Radar and I have no LUA skills.

You simply send a number to the yaw input, either by throttle lever, MC or lua.
Radar yaw goes from -0.5 to 0.5 with -0.5 and 0.5 facing to the rear and 0 facing forward.

This is going to be a tough one without any lua knowledge, so best download some radar from the workshop and chose a more basic project to gain some lua knowledge first.

A most basic example for yaw would be something like this:

Makes the yaw go from -0.5 to 0.5 then starts again with a full rotation taking 100 ticks.
