How to prevent vehicle from radiation leakage?
I tried to build a nuclear vessel, but find myself get radiation poisoned even if I have wrap the whole nuclear reactor in a enclosed space. Is any block can prevent the radiation leakage?

Alright, from the nuclear reactors I've scene and the brief experiences I've had building them, I think I know how to fix your problem: Most reactors are in a water-filled chamber, and have non-XML blocks covering the chamber.

From my experience Radiation leakage is caused either by excessive Radioactivity in the Core (greater than 30) or Water Leakage from the Reactor pool. I used no XML modded blocks in the FENRIS and the only way I can simulate a radiation leak was to dump the water from the core to the area I wanted irradiated. It appears that water has a property that contains it's radioactivity level. You may that water and it iridates the zones it enters

What Radiation level are you running in your reactor? You don't need to create an excessive amount of rads/heat to get the boilers to work,

My reactor has 2 layers. 1 is weight blocks, and the outside is just normal blocks. its filled with water, and is safe except for the absolute hellish amounts of radiation coming from it. Idk what i should do. Do i NEED, modded blocks?

No, you want to avoid modded blocks. You need to adjust your rods so thy are generating as much radiation.
