Why I can't spawn some vehicles in train depot that were created around 2017?

I had a train built, but I don't seem to be able to spawn it anymore. I'm clicking "spawn" button, game doesn't react among animation of button being pressed. Carriages that were created right now are spawning without issues.. Tried to move it left and right, no results

Train wheels and their attaching to rails were reworked in 2022. I don't know if that's the cause, but it is something.
